Sleep Prep

  • Dress in your normal sleep attire
  • Take all your prescribed medications per usual
  • Ensure your device has 32 MB of available storage for your sleep recording.
  • Leave your phone/tablet plugged-in and connect to the sleep tracker.
  • Keep the device within 15 feet of your phone throughout the recording.
  • Try to get 6+ hours of sleep

Common Questions

How soon will I have my results?

The results from your sleep test will upload automatically into the sleep portal. Your physician will be notified to review the data to verify if the sleep data was properly collected. From there, the sleep information will be reviewed and scored. Once completed, you will be contacted to schedule your next appointment to review the results.

How should I prepare for my sleep test?

Other than getting everything set-up, you shouldn't do anything special to prepare. Go through your normal routine and make sure everything is turned on and properly connected. You got this!

How many nights do I sleep with the device?

Typically, you will only sleep with the device 1 or 2 nights. We will review the results each night an let you know if we need to capture more sleep data for your sleep test.
