How do I use my Insurance?

There are two ways to utilize your insurance. First, we authorize your benefits and notify you of any deductibles and co-payments. Or, you can self-pay and submit your invoice for reimbursement.

What does insurance typically cover?

Most insurance plans, including Medicare, cover essential CPAP therapy equipment like the machine, mask, tubing, filters, and humidifier, often on a set replacement schedule (e.g., mask every 90 days, filters monthly).

Coverage requires a sleep apnea diagnosis, a prescription, and compliance with usage (typically 4+ hours per night on 70% of nights). Items like travel CPAPs or sanitizers are usually not covered, and benefit details may vary by plan.
