Heartstrong Sleep Offers FREE Shipping** On Orders GREATER than $99.99 in total value in The Continental United States. Every order greater than $99.99 placed in the Continental United States will ship for free unless you choose another expedited option.

** PLEASE NOTE : Some items are shipped by the supplier and may incur shipping charges set-up by the supplier.  Order items meeting the FREE SHIPPING minimum that are shipped from Heartstrong, will ship for FREE.

Please read all the information below concerning shipping rates, delivery times, and requirements for all paid shipping methods. Standard Shipping offered through Heartstrong Sleep is subject to transit times of the carrier. In most cases items will ship out via UPS, however Heartstrong Sleep reserves the right to ship via other carriers when deemed necessary. Please allow 2-10 business days for Free Shipping (greater than $99) packages to arrive. Delivery delays may be expected from weather, heavy holiday seasons, or carrier policies; please contact a Heartstrong Sleep customer service agent with any questions regarding this policy.

Each Order is Carefully Packed in a Professional Manner. We take pride in making sure that your CPAP machine, CPAP Supply, CPAP mask, accessory, or Home Sleep Test gets to you as quickly as possible and without damage. We ensure that each order is handled with the highest level of care and attention to detail as possible. If a product discrepancy does occur with your order, it must be reported within 30 days of receipt in order to be considered for review and validation.

NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/Bi-Level (BiPAP) MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. FEDEX WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE. ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITY HEARTSTRONG SLEEP CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS SUCH AS: 3RD PARTY COMPANY ERRORS, STOLEN PACKAGES, ETC. IN THE EVENT AN ISSUE ARISES WE WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK WITH THE 3RD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY TO DETERMINE A RESOLUTION.

IMPORTANT NOTES: FedEx will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you want your order shipped to a P.O. Box, we will have to ship via USPS. Therefore, we can not guarantee that you will receive your package in a timely manner.

FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground Delivery are subject to 1 to 5-day delivery based on service area. Certain restrictions do apply (i.e. rural areas may experience additional delays or severe weather conditions may interrupt service). Heartstrong Sleep is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from undeliverable weather conditions, failure of customer to provide prescription if applicable, or shipping errors committed by the selected carrier.

When You Can Expect Your Order To Be Shipped

• Standard free ground shipping will typically arrive from 3-7 business days after you place your order. If for any reason products are not available or on backorder, we will notify you and the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Saturday and rush delivery are available with express shipping (excluding carrier limitations), but an extra fee will be incurred.

Domestic Shipping

Important Shipping Notes:

• Orders received after 3:30 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time) are shipped out on the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
• Orders placed on Friday after 3:30 p.m. EST are shipped out the following Monday
• You will be notified of your shipping status through email
• That is why it is important to provide us with an email address when checking out
• You will log in with your order number.
• You will have the option at checkout to choose your shipping preferences. Price will be determined by the weight of your order and the expedited option you choose.
• Important note: You can go through the checkout process and check what your shipping costs will be before you pay.
• Or if you would like you can use this USPS SHIPPING CALCULATOR to try and get an idea of what the costs may be. We are shipping from Zip Code 77380 via USPS.

Overnight/Express Shipping

Heartstrong Sleep offers multiple overnight and express shipping options through FedEx, UPS and USPS. These expedited options are only available to residents in the continental United States. Most products are available for overnight/express shipping, though at times a product may be on back order and not available for these express delivery options. Any product that requires a prescription MUST be submitted before your order can be shipped to ensure overnight delivery eligibility. (Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available).

• USPS overnight/express delivery will be sent out on the first available business day and will arrive 1 to 2 business days after shipping.
• FedEx Standard Overnight (Monday through Friday) delivery and FedEx Priority Overnight (Monday through Friday) delivery options will arrive the following business day of shipment with exception to weather delays noted by FedEx. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. NOTE: All orders received after 3:30pm CST will be sent out the following business day excluding holidays.
• Please Note: FedEx Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery must be selected for overnight packages expected to arrive on a Saturday. Saturday delivery is subject to carrier availability by geographic region and additional fees do apply. Standard overnight/express orders placed after 3:30 pm CST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday (excluding holidays). All other expedited/express/overnight shipping methods will arrive the following business day from shipping date.

Shipping Disclaimer

• At this time, Heartstrong Sleep offers FREE SHIPPING (orders greater than $99.00 in total value) to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands ONLY. HeartStrong Sleep is not responsible for delays on shipments once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping charges for express delivery options are non-refundable.
