The ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto is an auto-adjusting Bi-Level (BiPAP) machine that uses two pressure settings for the treatment of sleep apnea. What is the difference between CPAP and Bi-Level? A CPAP machine uses one pressure setting to keep the airway open and stable while Bi-Level uses two; one for inspiration and one for expiration. The AirCurve™ V Auto not only allows two pressures but uses an auto-adjusting algorithm to deliver these pressures based on the user's therapy needs.
The AirCurve™ 10 VAuto is an auto-adjusting Bi-Level machine that uses the comfort of both the AutoSet™ algorithm and Easy-Breathe Waveform in its VAuto algorithm to treat obstructive sleep apnea patients who can benefit from greater pressure support.
The AirCurve™ 10 VAuto adjusts the baseline pressure to hold the airway open while maintaining fixed pressure support. The VAuto Mode features ResMed's unique Easy-Breathe natural pressure waveform, designed for patients with normal lung function, for maximum comfort. VAuto now also incorporates the Enhanced AutoSet™ algorithm with central sleep apnea (CSA) detection.
The HumidAir™ function ensures optimal humidity levels that prevent dryness and irritation of the nasal passages and throat. This feature is particularly useful for patients who experience discomfort from traditional CPAP therapy. The ClimateLineAir™ feature provides heated air that maintains the optimal temperature and humidity levels for consistent and comfortable therapy.
Overall, the ResMed AirCurve™ 10 VAuto with HumidAir™ and ClimateLineAir™ is a highly effective and innovative device that provides optimal therapy for sleep apnea patients. Its advanced features ensure comfort and consistency, leading to better sleep and overall improved health and well-being.

Typically, you should replace your CPAP supplies every 3 to 6 months. However, things like CPAP cushions should be replaced very 14-30 days. Most resupply orders include multiple cushions.
Resupply orders include: a new mask, tube, water chamber, filters and cushions.
The heated humidifier my help reduce dryness. Also, if you are using a nasal mask, you may want to consider using mouth tape.
All masks have exhalation ports to release air. Some air escaping is normal. However, excessive air or air blowing in your eyes is not. Contact us for help with mask fit or finding a different mask.
Change your disposable (white) filter every 2 weeks, or more often if needed for air quality.
When left untreated, sleep apnea can cause serious health problems. The good news is that it’s treatable. Complete this assessment to see if you may be at risk.
