Dryft mouth tape is a simple and effective way to improve your sleep quality. It gently covers your lips to encourage nasal breathing, which can lead to a number of benefits, including:
Quantity: 30 strips
Mouth breathing is a common cause of snoring. When you breathe through your mouth, your throat relaxes and can vibrate, causing the snoring sound. Dryft mouth tape helps to keep your mouth closed, so you're more likely to breathe through your nose and reduce snoring.
Nasal breathing has been shown to promote deeper, more restful sleep. This is because when you breathe through your nose, your body produces more nitric oxide, a gas that helps to relax your blood vessels and improve blood flow. Dryft mouth tape can help you to breathe more through your nose, leading to better sleep quality.
Mouth breathing can also dry out your mouth. This is because when you breathe through your mouth, the air bypasses your nasal passages, which naturally humidify the air. Dryft mouth tape can help to keep your mouth closed, so you're less likely to experience dry mouth in the morning.
Dryft mouth tape is made from a gentle, hypoallergenic adhesive that is safe for all skin types. It is also latex-free and odorless.
Each box of Dryft mouth tape comes with 30 strips, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep for a month.
Order your Dryft mouth tape today and experience the benefits of nasal breathing!
