The DIY Sunrise Home Sleep Test Device is a device that can help you diagnose sleep disorders from the comfort of your own home. The device uses a special sensor that measures your heart rate, body movements, and breathing patterns while you sleep. This information is then analyzed to determine if you have any sleep disorders such as sleep apnea or insomnia.
The device is small, portable, and easy to use. All you need to do is place the sensor on your chin before you go to bed and let it do its work. In the morning, you can transfer the data to your computer or smartphone for analysis.
The device is relatively affordable compared to traditional sleep tests that require a visit to a sleep clinic. Plus, you can test yourself for several nights to collect more data for a more accurate diagnosis.
Overall, the DIY Sunrise Home Sleep Test Device is a great option for anyone who suspects they may have a sleep disorder, such as obstructive sleep apnea, but wants to avoid the hassle and expense of a traditional sleep test.
Includes:
+ Sunrise Home Sleep Test Sensor
+ Mobile App
Please note, this is for the sleep test device only. For the sleep test bundle, which includes a telehealth consultation with our Board Certified Sleep Physician, your diagnosis and prescription for therapy, please click here.
