1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Heartstrong Sleep Therapy for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for support. Reply STOP to opt out.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Standard is 2–4 messages per month, with a maximum of 1–5 messages per week for conversational or appointment-heavy use cases.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
4. Privacy Policy

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
