Simple. Disposable. Home Sleep Test.

Forget the wires, the uncomfortable headgear, and the confusing instructions. Heartstrong Sleep brings you the Home Sleep Test Bundle, the world’s smallest and most convenient home sleep apnea testing process.

Designed for simplicity without sacrificing accuracy, the NightOwl fingertip-sized sensor uses advanced PAT (Peripheral Arterial Tonometry) technology to monitor your sleep health over multiple nights—giving us a complete picture of your rest without interrupting it.

Why Choose the NightOwl?

  • Zero Stress: No bulky equipment. Just a tiny sensor taped to your fingertip.

  • Multi-Night Data: We record up to 3 nights of data to ensure we don't miss a thing (because one bad night shouldn't define your diagnosis).

  • Completely Disposable: When you're done, simply discard it. No return shipping, no cleaning, no hassle.

  • Instant Analysis: Your sleep data is securely uploaded to the cloud the moment you wake up, allowing our board-certified physicians to interpret your results faster.

What The Device Measures

Despite its size, the NightOwl is a powerhouse, tracking critical biomarkers to detect Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA):

  • Blood Oxygen Levels (SpO2)

  • Heart Rate (Pulse)

  • Body Movement (Actigraphy)

  • Peripheral Arterial Tone (PAT)

A home sleep test is completed in 5 Easy Steps:

Step 1
Purchase the Home Sleep Test Bundle

Step 2
Wear the testing device synced to mobile app for one to two nights

Step 3
We will contact you to schedule your tele-health consultation with our Board Certified Sleep Physician

Step 4
Attend your telehealth consultation to review your test results and received your diagnosis. If positive for OSA, you will receive your prescription for therapy.

Step 5
Once complete, you may dispose of the device.

The path to perfect sleep starts with a home sleep test!

A well-rested mind is better equipped to handle challenges and maintain a positive outlook. Sleep also contributes to overall physical health, which indirectly boosts mood.
